On July 13, 2017 and September 14, 2017, Vice President for Academic and Research Affairs invited members of RRU Foreign Affairs Committee (China, Japan and Vietnam) to the meeting in order to consult about foreign program management, a number of student exchange, student dormitory, and academic activities with educational institutes in China, Japan and Vietnam.

International Affairs organized the project “Back to Old Town, Tells Thai History” on July 16, 2560 for Vietnamese students from Baria Vungtau Teachers Training College together with Thai and foreign students from Rajanagarindra Rajabhat University to visit Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University and study the highlight of historical locations narrated by Thai-English in order to provide students’ knowledge and practice student’s English listening skills.

April 17, 2017

International Relations Office organized the project of "Trace the History Route, Absorb Art, Nature, and Thai life style " on April 18 -19, 2017 with the purpose of encouragement the opportunity of Thai and foreign students of Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University to study visit historical and natural places, practice Thai and foreign language skills, create good attitudes, and open vision in wide views. Moreover, students were trained to draw natural scenery pictures by water colors to build their aesthetic mood.  The sources for a study visit in this time were Erawan National Park, The Bridge on the River Kwai, and Tiger Cave Temple at Kanchanaburi province; these three places were important and unique in historical, artistic and natural tourism. 

Delegations from International Affairs Office and Language Center, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University made a study visit at Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University to exchange and share experiences in work place to develop their performance with the same units of RRU the same filed on June 14, 2017. 

January 27, 2017

International Relations Office organized the project of “Cultural Exchange and Thai-China Relation Establishment” on January 28, 2017. The purpose of this project aimed to give a chance for Chinese exchange students from Qujing Normal University to deliver their culture, tradition and identity to Thai participants. Furthermore, it was a good opportunity to celebrate Chinese New Year and to strengthen Thailand-China relation.

There were two performances which were the modern dance and original cultural dance:  “Peacock Dancing” and “You’re my little apple”. “Peacock Dancing”  is the most famous cultural dance from a Tai tribe imitating the peacock movement which directly reflects their culture and graciousness throughout the dancing. “You’re my little apple”  is a Chinese song which expresses the meaning of a fresh day and delivers love to each other. At the end of this performance, all of Chinese students gave blessed apples to university executives as a gift for Chinese New Year representing “good health, happiness and peace”. 

International Relations Officers engaged in the training project of “The 11th Information Technology Usage for General citizens and Local Officers” organized by The Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology, Rajabhat rajanagrindra University in the following programs:

- Android App Development for Mobile Device and Smartwatch

- English for Service

- Microsoft Excel for business technical usage.

Prof. Dr. UThai Siribhadki, President and Dr. Kasempat Poolsawas, Assistant to the President (International Affair) visited Can Tho University of Technology (CTUT) and attended a bilateral meeting with their administrators in order to discuss academic cooperation and sign Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between two universities.

Dr. Kasempat Poolsawas, Assistant to the President (International Affairs), visited RRU internship students in English Program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences who were training at Royal Thai Embassy in Kula Lampur and Bluescope Company, Malaysia during 3-6 March 2016. The internship was aimed to enhance and widen students' experiences and prepare themselves for living in ASEAN community.

During 11 - 14 March 2016, International Relations Officer, together with Arts Program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, leading by Aj. Arjinjonathan Arjinkit and Aj. Phanatchakon  Phetnak organized the special project called, “Drawing, Sharing and Weaving Dreams to Children in ASEAN" Dreaming”at  Australia Pacific International Child Development Centre (API), Siem Reap, Cambodia.  API was a kindergarten school undertaken of Pannasastra University of Cambodia at Siem Reap (PUCSR). Its objectives were to enhance students’ experience on creative arts and to broaden knowledge of Cambodia, a close neighboring country of Thailand.

During 28th - 30th March 2016, Dr. Kasempat Poolsawas, Assistant to the President (International Affairs), Aj. Kantaphat  Chanaboon, and Aj. Chaiya  Thepha, lectures of Political Sciences Program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, joined “ ASEAN Seminar of Rajabhat Lectures and Other Higher Institution Lectures 2016” on the topic of “Reconciliation on Divergence of ASEAN” at Grand Mercure Bangkok Fortune Hotel, Bangkok.  The program was organized by the Department of ASEAN Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The seminar was included with a special lecture on ASEAN in several, dimensions, workshop and study visit at ASEAN Culture Center.

 During 1st – 4th April 2016, Dr. Kasempat Poolsawas, Assistant to the President  (International Affairs) and Aj. Arjinjonathan Arjinkit, along with 10 RRU students participated in “PUCSR Host Family and Happy Khmer New Year 2016” invited by Pannasastra University of Cambodia at Siem Reap, a friend university of RRU. Students who joined the project had a chance to learn lifestyle, history, culture and tradition of Cambodia.  Also, they had a chance to live with host family of PUCSR students. For this program, PUCSR kindly supported all costs during the activity.

     Assist. Prof. Dr. Uthai Siribhakdi, President of RRU, Assistant to the President for International Affairs), Dean of Faculty of Education and RRU delegates  formally visited Baria-Vungtau Teacher Training College during 16th – 18th February 2016. The objectives of a visit were to establish a closer relation between two institutes, discuss academic cooperation and sign the MOU  for mutual collaboration. By this, Baria-Vungtau Teacher Training College became the first official partner university of RRU in Vietnam.

Dr. Kasempat Poolsawas and a teacher from English Program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, sent the fourth year students to be trainees at Pannasartra University of Cambodia, Siem Reap.  This program was a pilot project for sending the internship students outside Thailand. The program was held in a period of 3 months (6 January  – 1 April 2016).

The workshop includes needed knowledge of international affairs and case study of international students on cultural differences.

International Relations Office organized 1st Cambodian language training for daily communication during 20th September – 22nd October 2015 at Choksophon room, 3rd floor of Rajanagarindra building. The main purpose of this training is to promote communication with Cambodia language in daily life.

International Relations Office organized “Weaving Thai - Cambodian Relationships for Learning Languages and Culture” project during 24th – 25th October 2015 at Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University (Bangkhla campus). There were 76 participants from RRU and Pannasastra University of Cambodia.  This program provided opportunities to the camp participants  to learn and share their cultural identity, as well as develop their English communication skills. Moreover, the project was aimed to establish good relationships between Thai students and students in a neighboring country which would lead to positive perception of living together in ASEAN community.

International Relations Office organized the project called, Preparing Educational Personnel Before Entering the ASEAN Community" at Bang Pakong Park Seminar Building (Bangkhla campus) during 19th – 20th December 2015.  This program was iamed to develop the local educational personnel's knowledge in English language and ASEAN culture which are crucial to the capability and potential development for project participants to access to the ASEAN community as well. In addition, participants were given opportunities to develop their knowledge and skills in English as well as open vision and create awareness to each other in culture, knowledge and experience. The participants were expected to bring all knowledge received from the project  to develop their classroom teaching efficiently.
